Brian C. James has most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for ADE Corporation since September 2001.

Mr. James played a pivitol role in the turnaround and sale of ADE - a publicly traded company - for $474 million dollars in Oct. 2006. Mr. James joined ADE in August 2000 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as CFO of two privately owned venture-backed companies:

CCT Inc. in Bedford, NH, where he served as Executive VP and CFO, and The Aerostructures Corporation headquartered in Nashville, TN, where he served as Corporate VP and CFO. He has over 30 years of financial and operational experience, previously working at world class companies Ford Motor Company, where he was part of the finance staff, Allied Signal, where he served in manufacturing operations, and Textron, where he served as Group Controller for the multi-billion dollar aerospace/ technology segment. He holds a BA degree from the University of Vermont and an MS degree in finance from the University of Massachusetts.
