U-Lead Committees
The ULead Council is divided into four committees, each dedicated to improving the quality of our education and our community.
Professional Development Committee:

The purpose of the Development Committee is to create and improve the leadership skills of undergraduates at the University.
In addition, the Development Committee works to build and enhance the relationships between Isenberg undergraduates, alumni, faculty, and businesses.
Isenberg and Social Activities Committee:

The purpose of the Events Committee is to host social activities that enable ULead members to meet and improve the sense of community throughout the group. They also plan and execute events that target and introduce prospective students, freshmen, international students, and transfer students.
Fundraising Committee:
Chairs: Forrest Spatcher and Kathy Shea

The purpose of the Fundraising Committee is to raise money through UMass football concessions, "The Morning Grind" Coffee Shop, and the vending of various Isenberg merchandise.
Outreach Committee:
Chairs: Kerri Allen and Lauren Fioccio

The purpose of the Outreach Committee is to plan University and community based activities.
